Texas Fence Demolition will remove virtually any material or structure including a building. If the building has already been demolished we will remove it to.  It doesn't change the price that much, or at all sometimes, depending upon the material, if it is already demolished.

The buildings maybe as small as an out house or as large as a mansion.

The price for demolition or removal of a building depends on:

• The condition of the structure
• The recyle condition of the material itself
• Where it is located
• Ease of access to the building
• Getting our vehicles (for loading) within 30 feet of the barn
  With no obstructions such as these listed below
• Work environment such as but not limited to hazardous environment.

Items that obstruct access to the building affect the price:

• Buildings
• Other fences
• Plants
• Steps
• Stored or abandoned items
• Trees
• Vehicles etc.
