YOU MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE BUILDING FENCES... NOT EVERY KIND of fence but at least 1 of the major types.  You must be able (have the knowledge and experience) to build a fence completely by yourself.

You can have your own crew or team.

The Crew Chief must speak clear audible English.

YOUR Appearance must be clean and professional.

You will be an Independent Contractor and you must have your own equipment. Post hole Digger or a tractor and auger for big jobs; hammer and or nail gun, wheel barrow, saw(s), fencing pliers, pick-up truck and utility trailer

Interested parties must have references, their own cellular phone, valid Texas Drivers License with $300,000 plus Vehicle Liability Insurance coverage and  you must complete the online application BEFORE speaking to anyone of us.

You must be willing to cover a medium size area and you must be reliable.

Texas Fence Demolition gets all jobs and bills / collects for all jobs.  You will represent yourself to Clients and potential Clients as Texas Fence Demolition and nothing else. You may perform work for Texas Fence Demolition Clients only through Texas Fence Demolition ... even if the Client asks you to do something that TFD currently does not do.  This is because of liability insurance and proprietary restrictions.

You help may be needed to occassionally bid a job.
