Texas Fence Demolition Terms

BIDS: Client's with legitimate needs by all means please contact us.  We will need a good description and dimensions plus photos if possible.  Large jobs we are available to visit the job site for a bid.  BUT photos can also work for large jobs as well.

PHOTOS: Photos of the job site will suffice for providing a bid.  If it is a building please also include photos of the inside.

Terms: We do not provide any type of delayed / financed payment terms.

• Typically a 1/2 down deposit is required before we depart any office.
• SMALL JOBS: Balance is Paid in Advance upon arrival to job.
  
• MEDIUM to LARGE JOBS: Generally 1/2 down deposit and balance paid over course of job or immediately upon completion.
  
• Recurring Jobs have 3 options: 1. Prepayment before each recorrence 2. Payment immediately upon completion 3. Automatic debit
  
• Authorized signature on Texas Fence Demolition's Purchase Order required.
  
• NOTE: Please disclose everything during bid process. TFD reserves the right to alter the price or decline any job, if upon arrival to job there is anything, that wasn't disclosed during bidding, that makes the job more difficult, time consuming, or costly. This includes but is not limited to such things as undisclosed debris, volume of work, incorrect size, weight, or dimensions, work environment, obstructions, or ease of access.
